03 Dashboard tour

  • Counts of doctors, employees, admitted patients and free beds.
  • Pending items: doctor privilege reviews and leave requests.
  • Shortcuts to branches, departments, wards, employees, lab and pharmacy.
  • A separate employee dashboard shows each staff member only the sections their role allows.

04 Branches

  • Create a branch and open its own branch dashboard.
  • Add branch employees; they only see their branch.
  • Each branch can have its own laboratory and pharmacy, whose results and stock roll up to the hospital.

05 Departments, wards & beds

  1. Create departments (Medicine, Surgery, Paediatrics …).
  2. Create wards inside a department.
  3. Add beds to each ward; mark them available, occupied or under maintenance.
  4. The occupancy view updates automatically as patients are admitted and discharged.

06 Doctors at your hospital

A doctor can work in many hospitals and their own chamber; each connection has its own schedule and fees.

  1. Open Doctors → Add doctor and enter the doctor's email. If the doctor is not registered yet, also enter the name and licence number and an account is created.
  2. The doctor is linked to your hospital straight away; you can also set a branch, a department and a token number.
  3. Fees: the doctor's normal fees apply (the government-hospital fees for a government hospital), unless you enter a custom visit or follow-up fee for this hospital.
  4. Review privileges and leave requests when they arrive.
Appointment accessYou can decide which employees may book or manage appointments for each doctor.

07 Employees, roles & security

  • Add employees with a position (reception, nurse, accountant, manager …).
  • Tick permissions per person; changes apply immediately.
  • Update a position or remove an employee at any time.
  • Login history shows who signed in, when and from which device.

08 Admissions & billing

  1. Admit the patient: choose department, ward, bed and doctor.
  2. Record deposits as they are paid.
  3. Add service charges (bed, procedures, medicines, tests) during the stay.
  4. Open the invoice; it totals charges minus deposits.
  5. Take payment, then discharge. The bed becomes available again.

09 Laboratory & pharmacy under the hospital

  • Create a hospital laboratory or pharmacy from the dashboard; assign it to the hospital or a branch.
  • Add lab and pharmacy staff from the hospital, without separate accounts.
  • Nominate verifying doctors who may sign off lab results.
  • Open the lab or pharmacy dashboard to see orders, sales and stock for that unit.

See the Laboratory guide and Pharmacy guide for daily use.

10 Test directory

The Test Directory lists all tests offered by the hospital's laboratories with prices, so reception and doctors can quote them and order from one place.

11 Platform fee

  • Top up cash, convert to Platform Fee; the dashboard shows only Platform Fee and active days.
  • You are warned 36 hours before the fee ends.
  • The daily fee is set by the Super Admin for hospitals; finance can be turned off per sector.
