Reach an on-duty emergency doctor for remote guidance or dispatch, tracked live like any other emergency call.
How it works
Tap the red Emergency button and choose Emergency Doctor.
An on-duty emergency doctor nearest to you (or covering your area) is notified with your location and situation.
The doctor can respond remotely first (audio/video) for guidance, or dispatch to you directly, depending on severity.
Status updates live: notified → accepted → in progress → resolved, and a fee agreement step is shown where one applies.
Anything advised is saved to your account like a normal visit, and the call is logged under Emergency History.
Good to know
Emergency doctors are separately registered and approved before they can take these calls — being a regular MadiFair doctor does not automatically enrol someone as an emergency responder.
If the situation is life-threatening, call your national emergency number first; use this feature for fast professional guidance and dispatch alongside that.
