How to Use — Emergency Ambulance

How it works

1. Tap the red Emergency button and choose Ambulance.
2. The nearest available ambulance driver on MadiFair is notified with your location and a short description of the situation.
3. The driver accepts the call from their own dashboard and status updates live: notified → accepted → en route → arrived → resolved.
4. A call-out fee, if applicable, is shown for your agreement before or shortly after dispatch, depending on urgency.
5. The trip is saved to your Emergency History, along with any patient summary shared with the crew.

Good to know

• Ambulance drivers register and get super-admin approval before they can appear as available responders.
• If a patient summary (blood group, allergies, key conditions) is on file, it can be shared with the crew automatically to save time.
• You can cancel a request from the same screen if it's no longer needed.
